        While no problem if you don't work during the week, if you can only get there at the weekend not good. Also, having problems with the website, as can't access online banking during the weekend, and can't transfer money to daughters account, when cashiers are closed ie evening and weekend. So I still gave her Xmas money in my account, and have to wait till the half term to pass to hers. Why does their website not allow online transfers when bank is closed. Only started that ban this year.

        Most unhelpful uncaring bank in town. Never man the counters, almost frog marched my father to cash point which he doesnt want to use. Almost seem to be putting them out if you ask for counter service. Can only think this is there way of pushing people away so they can close the branch. I remember when they used to give customer service. Thumbs up to Nationwide where you still get excellent service

        Was refused 'proof of existence' because apparently they don't know me! I've only been banking there for 12 years!!! WS
