Chartley Chucks Chickens, Chicken Coops

Im very shocked to see so many bad reviews for chartley chucks!! Can not fault them at all! The coop I got last year is still perfect after all weathers. (Also great delivery) The chickens I get are always absolutely immaculate. Jeff is always so kind and happy to give any advice regards to my new chickens. They had to reschedule my appointment to collect my order which was absolutely fine cause the communication and responses were fast and professional. My go to chicken shop (Also I have absolutely fell in love with the silkie I got from you! So thank you so much)

The metal walk in chicken run i brought from here is not ideal for poultry alone. The idea is to prevent predators, my opinion is that predators will get in and trap the birds. Lots of extra materials needed to reinforce it. Having said that good price for a foundation and I would recommend on that basis.

Delivery arrived in this state, with the packaging torn completely open. Contacted Chartley Chucks who did replace the damaged part, after a week or so, but it was the wrong colour, white, and they refused to change it for the right colour, black, blaming the supplier. We asked for a refund on the delivery cost, 48 and Chartley Chucks flatly refused stating there was no basis for it!! Will vote with my feet and not use this company again, simply from my experience and communications they do not care about customers.

Spoke to a person so called Jack no help whatsoever very arrogant individual. Very rude. When I asked I want to complain he hung the phone. And diverted the calls. Can't see this place making any money with this kind of staff. Avoid

Interesting business model.. WARNING!!! You have to pay for a 20 minute time slot to view the products. That's before you hand over the cash. I wonder what happens after they have your money... I always look to use a local business to support the local community. This business seems not to be interested in having local customers. Well 10 out of 10 for replying very quickly to the enquiry via wotsap. BUT 1 star for customer service. I was intending to purchase a first chicken coop and large run. Around 750 plus feeder, water feeder, food, bedding and all the other stuff I would need as a new chicken keeper, so I imagine well over a thousand pounds worth of business, today. I'm not paying to give you my money. I'm sure you can find someone daft enough to do that.. I'm not spending that sort of money with only a web site photograph, I need to see the larger products first. It's a brave new world and I'm not playing . Here is a photo of the fresh prepared area ready for the coop and chickens. So I'm looking for a reputable company to provide one today...
