I fully understand Covid restrictions - on visiting the shop in Stow I entered the shop to be told to stay outside in a rude condescending manner. There was one customer in the shop. I asked for a price list and was refused. I wished to purchase a bottle of fine Red Burgundy for a relatives birthday. I suggest a reflection of communication style is needed for the young salesman with horn rim glasses. I have now ordered a bottle from the Wine Society.
