As a Chartered Surveyor who ran his own estate agency practice for 45 years, it was refreshing to find that the old school values of good communication, efficiency and, perhaps most of all, tenacity to get the deal done are still alive and kicking at Savills. The staff at Savills in Stow have been universally excellent throughout what has been a protracted purchase process. While Charlotte was our main contact and managed the process superbly, even when she was away her colleague David stepped in seamlessly to handle a delicate stage of negotiations. Richard handled the viewings with good humour and from start to finish we have felt in the loop and that they were in control of the lawyers and the process. One of the most pleasurable estate agent experiences we have ever had, and I highly recommend them!
