Excellent shop, have never noticed it before despite going to Stow previously, lovely selection of clothes, and very different from the usual dresses in the shops, lovely lady serving also!

Very busy when I called in on a summer afternoon. The shop had a good choice of Adini dresses, some new stock, others previous stock at reduced prices. Helpful staff.

Lovely selection of quality clothing. The lady serving was so so good. Picked out stuff for me to try on that I wouldn't have chosen and the items looked great and fitted perfectly. I don't think I've ever felt quite so important in a clothes shop, she really wanted to help me and was simply fantastic.

Lovely selection of scarfs and very friendly lady served myself and my partner yesterday. However I wasnt made aware that there was a changing room and on returning today (after trying the top on I purchased which did not fit and they did not provide a smaller size), was told I could only get a credit note or exchange. I was not made aware of this policy on purchasing and the shop had a poor display as you exit the conveniently after already paying and leaving. As we do not live locally I had to exchange for scarfs I did not want or need as there was no other option. More clear communication needs to passed to customers or the option to try on clothes as they are not refundable. Also more clear signs stating the returns policy, for example at the till point, displayed clearly. A shame as the initial customer advisor was very friendly.
