serviced my Omega, replaced crystal with generic part. (no omega logo on crystal). There was nothing wrong with the original and didn't give all the old replaced parts back.

Really helpful and did a great job. I took an old watch in for a refurbish and it came back looking like new - works brilliantly and such a nice chap.

Asked him to replace the stem on my IWC. Dial became crooked, hands to stick together, had to take it back 3 times, would not recommend.

What a wonderful shop, I went in to see if they could get a key for my father in laws gold pocket watch, and to my amazment he had one and at a very good price. The staff are so helpful and polite

Very disappointing customer service. Would not do a simple job of removing a couple of links from a watch bought for my partners birthday without making us wait for an hour, despite knowing we were on holiday and didn't have another hour left to spend in the town. In my experience as someone who works in a customer facing environment, you always go above and beyond to help your customers, not just do things when it suits you. Poor attitude and completely unapologetic about it too. Wouldn't recommend if you want service with a smile!
