        Waited over an hour for a vegan sausage bap. Sure they get busy but this was ridiculous and then they got the order wrong and it was cold, uncooked and smeared in margarine. Said they would do a fresh one but it never came so left in search of somewhere else as my blood sugar was very low by then and felt ill. Awful experience never to be repeated.

        Made a pit stop here before taking the tour bus back to London. I ordered a coffee and scones to go. The staff was friendly and their service showed they care for their customers. The carefully packaged scones, which I couldn't try until I got to London, were a lifesaver as I was going to the opera straight from the tour. They were the best scones I had in the trip (and I tasted some, since back home they basically do not exist). I only wish I've had the time to sit placidly at Lucy's and have a proper afternoon tea.
