Recently moved to the area, use this cafe and shop regularly, in point of fact it has become our favourite coffee shop in the whole area. Staff are friendly, efficient and the menu changes just enough to keep you coming back... excellent

I am sorry to post this negative review. I purchased two pairs of Gant cords for 300. After one week one of the trousers split up a rear seam during normal wear. I sent them back and after several months of poor communication and a refusal to refund I was sent the trousers back with a poor repair. No refund. No substitute. I was very polite and gave them several opportunities to rectify the situation. Unfortunately I was left with the impression that they did not care. This is not what I would expect from this shop. I hope it it is a one off and no one else will experience this poor service.

Great customer service! Dont believe other reviews stating that the owner only wants to serve certain people as the shop was full of people when I was in and they were polite and helpful to all.

Fabulous service! Thank you for your help to find my new Winslet Barbour when my husband and I visited you beautiful shop. I was the one who asked to put my old Barbour in the bag so I can wear my new one. We look forward to see you again soon.
