Food service so slow that I saw my family physically age before my eyes. 1 hr and 25mins after the order went in food started to appear. This left us 5mins out of 1hr 30min strict timeslot that booking reservation emphasises in bold to choke down as much as we could. Fortunately we were not held to these draconian timescales by the waitress who was very pleasant. We were first table to order in the main restaurant but four other tables present got served food first. It turns out that seven walk-ins on outside tables also got served before us per the waitress! Food quality saves this review as when it eventually came it was very good. The waitress needed to be more upfront with what was going on rather than avoiding eye contact. As a recommendation I would suggest that a Book of Remembrance is placed at the entrance of the upstairs restaurant to allow guests to pay respects to those who never get to eat and are removed as skeletons to the local church.
