        If a place deserved 100 stars this it. Faultless. Old. Rickety. Classy rooms. Super comfy beds. AMAZING FOOD. Genuinely friendly staff. A big tell for me is if staff are happy then it is place to be. Would say " treat people how you would like to be treated", a mantra for life and one that is clearly prevalent here. The detail in decor is subtle but so relaxing it is sublime. Oh and possibly the most dog friendly place you could ever stay. Took umbridge at first, feeding the dog before me, really, he wasn't paying. Go here. Stay. Be spoilt. Be welcomed. Be well fed. Be refreshed.
