The customer service at the Limes has been exceptional. Helen went out of her way to accommodate us. Even down to providing almond milk as I am lactose intolerant. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. Communication was superb throughout our experience. The location is perfect for exploring the town and we were pleased it was a peaceful and relaxing location, away from the hussle and hussle of the main town (despite only being a 4 minute walk away). Parking on site meant this was an easy place to stay too. Can't recommend the Limes more highly for an old fashioned, relaxing stay, with outstanding customer service. Thank you Helen and family for providing such a lovely experience.
