        Very disappointed in the service. Cash has been taken but 6 weeks on no goods have been delivered. Very unhelpful service and no response to emails, even in unprecedented times, explanations should be given.

        I sent back a faulty radio 7 weeks ago and was told I would get a refund but have not received one as yet, and can't get through to the customer service as it is always closed and can't get through to the order line either-I wonder what is going on! I will never order anything from then again VERY BAD CONDUCT FOR A COMPANY!

        As I have previously order on line from this Company I wanted to visit the establishment headquarters. A very long journey I made, like the place, bought things that were NOT in the catalogue, Stowe town is very quint, had it not been for the rain I might have stayed longer than I did. The main Hotel (TALBOT) excellent service, Meals cooked on the spot.
