        Terrible experience booked a last minute stay through this company on a Saturday the lady took my email down wrong so I did not receive a booking ref or any information on the property, eventually on the Sunday we found the property to find no way of entering had to find another accommodation late on Sunday evening so my exhausted kids could get rest. All I wanted was a refund from this company for my problems as I had to pay again for another accommodation but the company refused to help myself and family in anyway and cost us allot of money. So disappointed

        I had a three night stay planned at one of Cotswolds Hideaways beautiful cottages - Unfortunately on the day of check-in I was asked by the NHS to self isolate and so was no longer able to go. The team at Cotswolds Hideaways were incredibly responsive and helpful and I was able to get a full refund within 24 hours of flagging up my issue. I will be sure to book though this company again and look forward to staying in one of their lovely properties soon. Thank you
