This seemed a very good company to deal with initially , website was easy to use and received emails about delivery date promptly but almost a month later I still have no goods despite having paid up front and they told me 2 weeks ago I would hear from them shortly. Now their contact phone no. Is not available and you cannot get through to scotts of stows customer services either. I would avoid them like the plague..... looks like another company that used to be reputable cannot be bothered to deal with customers problems anymore.... this service is appalling

The flower arrangements are stunning and of a superb quality. I always get so many positive comments from friends when they see them. However, the Customer Service from the Contact Centre is shockingly bad. Come on Bloom, get your act together and provide your Customers with the high quality customer experience they deserve.

Some great products on the website. Fantastic looking fake flowers. Long delivery time but after chasing up they arrived well packaged.

Order did not arrive and was cancelled - something I found out only after I made an enquiry weeks after. I am disappointed and angry as this was for a gift and had I been told at the time I could have made alternative arrangements in time for the birthday. I found customer support on this disingenuous with no acknowledgement to their poor handing nor to the fact that it has ruined my birthday gift and I need now to make new arrangements much after the fact! Not a company I will ever attempt to use again, and would strongly caution others away also.

Dont use them, Awful experience, placed my order on January, 6 phone calls (adding altogether over 1 hour at my expense ) later, 2 emails and Ive still not received my completed order. Still waiting for customer services to return my call to tell me to tell me what the problem is? Each time I ring up I get different stories and not all the staff are helpful. Their products are good but not worth the time and effort or stress trying to get what Im owed.
