I highly recommend getting a Thai massage with Pen. I have had many Thai massages over the years, a lot of them in Thailand, and this is up there as one of the best. I feel it was a comprehensive mix of traditional Thai but with additional yoga influences, with the usual pressure point work but a strong focus on stretching and encouragement to concentrate on breathing. Pen also offered up more general holistic health advice during the session and followed up after by email. All in all great value for money and all carried out in a comfortable studio overlooking a picturesque garden.

I had a very enjoyable experience during my pregnancy massage. It was long and covered all points of the body. The room was inviting and relaxing. It was different from other massages Ive had because of the techniques used and the padding being on the floor rather than on a massage table. I would recommend and would love to return! Thank you!!
