Prestwood Snack Bar

Honestly never been so tempted to walk away and not pay before in my life!!!! my parents and myself arrived early this morning (first people there) i requested 3 sandwiches (1 bacon with brown sauce, 1 bacon and tomato and a WELL DONE SAUSAGE AND TOMATO) I asked for a cup of tea, weak, black no sugar and a can of pop. i was told they would shout me when done so went and sat down. time passed and they brought out a cup of tea but it had milk in. i politely said i asked for no milk but was given a look like its my fault. I said id have the tea but would like one with no milk and that's when the attitude started. Again i waited and waited as other customers came and went. pork baguettes and other sandwiches at this point my mom and dad were starting to get fed up. I tried to say to be patient but I was starting to get fed up. watching others come and go i went up and asked about my order and was told the gas needed to be swapped. I replied oh the gas? to which she snapped "yeah you know what you cook on!?!" she then turned to another staff and said sarcastically "were taking too long now" at this i was having to bite my lip and pointed out others had been and gone and was told "you wanted everything well done" at this i was shaking and said just the sausage! the other staff gave me my order and i payed but if it wasn't the fact my mom and dad had been waiting for the food i would have told them where to out it!!!! NEVER AGAIN! i would rather drive further than deal with that horrible person again!
