        In the midst of the difficulties in maintaining the best levels of individual service during the amalgamation of several practices, and at a time when I have been afflicted with a flood of ailments, James and the staff at A.K. Pharmacy have been truly wonderful. I have been staggered by the willingness to go the extra several miles to provide medications and the very best detailed and accurate medical advice at the most difficult of times. Thank You so much.

        Whenever I have been unfortunate to have to use this pharmacy I have always found the staff unhelpful and lacking in customer service. Today has taken the biscuit...I walk in at 12.10 and told that they were cashing up so it would take 10 to 15 minutes for any purchase! WHY??? when they don't close until 1.00??? I offered to pay by cash or card, no it makes no difference! Stood waiting, and waiting...no response from anyone...so I walked out without my purchase. Eventually purchasing the same item 70% cheaper at the chemist in York Street! With very courteous staff... I know where I will be going n future. Supporting local businesses...why? When they are so lack of basic customer service?
