I have been with Luke for 2 years! Full on would not be where I am now without him! Hes always there when Im having my low moments, always pushing and looking out for me! Always mixing up our workouts and pushing me to my limits to keep me motivated! Which is a big task! wanan say a big Thankyou for always being there for me! Abs I cant wait for the summer shred

I started working with Luke for PT sessions a few months ago. Very good quality coach. Helped me work towards my fitness goals. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend that you go down for a session!

Where do I start?! Been having personal training with Luke since lockdown eased back in April 2020 when I wasnt feeling my best. Luke totally gets me, he picked me up and dusted me off and here I am loving training once again. Luke pushes me when I need it and supports me when I need it. Theres nothing he doesnt know fitness/nutrition related and nothing is too much trouble for him when you ask for his help. For me Luke isnt just my PT hes my weekly therapy, food guru, problem solver & friend. You wont find a better PT than Luke!
