        Local authorities often get an unfair bad press as they have improved hugely over the last 20 years. However, unfortunately WFDC lives up to that old stereotype of being unable to organise the proverbial in a brewery. The planning department in particular are completely incompetent. Apart from not being clear on legislation, they can't even get residents addresses right. No wonder they have such an appalling reputation across the district.

        Phoned twice now in the 2 days, waited over 30 minutes before hanging up as 'No2 in the queue' no excuse for not picking up the phone after that long.

        Bin collection suspended due to high temperature, I have to work in the temperature

        Rude staff when calling. My mother is old and not good with IT so when she called up asking for a street clean they were not helpful at all and kept trying to end the call with do it online! Please understand some people are not good with computers and if they call up requesting a service, you should try to assist instead of shirking it to your online portal.

        I wanted to use the toilets in ROWLAND HILL CENTRE On thursday They were disgusting. Only one working The one ihad to use had no toilet seat. Also no lighting in entrance.
