Mercian House Dental Practice

I have been with this dentist for a number of years and recently had to have some extensive treatment, Jay as always is friendly and calm and takes time to tell you what your options are and puts you at ease, the dentists are immaculately clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

As always, an extremely pleasant visit! Jay was his usual cool, calm and collected self and consistently inspires confidence and trust. Lauren is a valuable asset to the brilliant team. She is knowledgeable, confident with an amazingly reassuring and caring approach. My husband and I felt totally at ease in her care and she did an excellent, thorough job. Thank you everyone for your first class service. We really do appreciate it.

Absolutely by far the best dental practice. I had a root canal with Scott this morning and I was so scared but tooth Scott and the lovely dental nurse (cant remember her name sorry) made me feel at ease, calm and supported me the whole way through. Jay is not my actual dentist but always pops in to make sure Im okay and has helped me in the past if I ever had any problems. Brilliant team, the best service.. 100% recommended. Only interested in private care, and reception qyite short on information,. A substantial building outside, but not very inviting ,in the last 6years even 10 dentists have gone down in service,it seems all about profit, the NHS cares little.

The team cant do enough for you they care and you can tell theyre not in it to make a quick quid. Ive been 4 times for treatment and theyve been fantastic. If they dont need to do work they wont. Im quite nervous around the dentist and the team were brilliant. Would recommend to anybody
