Wyvern Omnibus Ltd

Booked to use two of their buses for our wedding transportation. Had consistent correspondence with them, organising the details and then finally arranging the deposit payment. As soon as the deposit was paid, they had stopped responding to all emails. We had quested multiple times for them to confirm they had received the payment and called multiple times across different days and times but we had no reply/answer. Not trust worthy at all, especially if you plan to use them for such an important event.

This company was booked for my brother's special day on Thursday 25th August to collect him and his groomsmen between 09:30am-10:00am in Warwickshire to take them to Stow on the Wold...however, THEY WERE A NO SHOW!!!!!!!!! All the groomsmen were dressed, excited and waiting... Our photographer had arrived early to capture those special moments of the groomsmen getting on 'Ruby' the bus... Everyone looking at their watches, starting to get nervous and worried... Everyone trying to get a number for Wyvern Omnibus is truthfully IMPOSSIBLE, because they do not have one! After 80+ frantic calls trying to contact them, the groom (of all people) eventually got through to them on a google chat?!?! They stated a replacement bus was en route to us...no apology, no remorse, no reason, nothing! At this point it was 10:45am, and local taxi companies had to be called and begged to come as soon as possible to get the groomsmen to the venue to get married!! Then, a battered coach arrived at 11:05am to collect the groomsmen. The driver was asked what the heck has happened to the original driver and 'Ruby' the bus- in which he said had no idea and quoted "I was told to get to Studley, Warwickshire ASAP! So here I am!" Yes the coach did get the groomsmen to the venue in Stow on the Wold and we will be forever grateful for them saving the day, but no means did we pay hundreds of pounds for this battered coach to take them to the beautiful venue in Stow. Taxi companies had then arrived also, which then had to be cancelled and paid for!! The whole morning was an absolute joke and a horrendous memory to have on our special day that we have been preparing for, for over two years. I can't even explain the disappointment, angry & upset feeling we are experiencing right now. It has now been six days since the morning of the wedding and not one apology has been made or attempted by this 'company'. We will never use or recommend this company in the future. All I want from this post is for future brides & groomsmen to be aware of the awful morning we experienced and to not trust this company.

I recently photographed a wedding where the guests used a wonderful double decker bus provided by Wyvern Omnibus. It really looked the part and I would highly recommend Wyvern Omnibus if you're looking for transport for your wedding guests!

We used Wyvern Omnibus for transport for our wedding - for the wedding party to the Church and then for our guests from the Church to our reception venue. They provided an absolutely brilliant service, and everyone loved it! Could not recommend highly enough! (photographer - Patrick at Wildly in Love)
