His eye for design is second to none and his working drawings are as good as they get! All of my trades breath a sigh of relief when they know Mr Whitham created the plans!

This was our first self build and Steve was extremely helpful in giving advice on a whole range of technical aspects.
Using modern methods of construction incorporating SIP's the single storey split level property incorporates a green sedum roof together with attractive Siberian Larch, slate and rendered elevations together with a Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery system and underfloor heating.
The design and orientation of the property maximises solar gain in the winter months and high levels of insulation help minimise energy consumption.
Steve's design flair and technical expertise in all aspects of building regulations and energy efficiency helped ensure that the whole project ran smoothly.
We couldn't recommend Steve highly enough and would certainly use his services again on an other project.
