The front desk are always friendly helpful and informative. I initially had a free 15 consultation with Hannah to find out if I wanted to commit to physiotherapy with this practice and whether I felt they could help me. I have now received two treatments from Hannah, and feel very happy and confident in her ability to assess and treat what was a very acute painful back problem. She is transparent in letting me know what I can expect from treatment which I feel is incredibly important. I also feel very confident in her knowledge and skills. I was extremely stressed and upset when I first came to Physio-logical - partly because of the terrible pain I was in, and partly because I'd just had a very negative and expensive experience with a nearby Osteopath. I was feeling rather cautious about spending out more money on private healthcare, however, I am really pleased I took a chance. My experience at Physio-logical has been overwhelmingly positive. The caring, professional, friendly, transparent service I have received at Physio-logical is what all private healthcare practices should aspire to.
