We have placed several orders from Encompass on the recommendation of a friend and they did not disappoint. In fact, they exceeded our expectations from the very first phone call through to delivery! They know their product range inside out, responded quickly to queries, kept us updated on expected delivery dates and were professional and friendly when delivering and installing the furniture. Encompass is an absolutely top notch company! We have already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so.

This company were a joy to deal with! They were extremely helpful right from the start and were full of great advice. The only problem was trying to choose which outdoor furniture we wanted as they have the most amazing selection to choose from. We could not be pleased with our sofas and coffee table. that were delivered this morning and coffee table as the quality is incredible and they look so smart. The delivery was impeccable snd all the trouble they took was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

How do you write a glowing review in a just a few words ... just can't do it !!! We have had the pleasure of doing a little bit of business with Encompass over the past year, and in our case it was a little, not a lot. Regardless of that fact the service and engagement that we received from Simon and Luke was second to nothing in our previous experience. From the very beginning the communication and service has been exemplary, nothing being too much trouble in spite of a number of issues totally out of the control of Encompass, their professionalism, courtesy and persistence was wonderful in every possible way. The product that we have received from Encompass is of the highest quality and we are truly delighted with it. If this company works this deligently in these small matters I can only imagine how well a purchase experience would be for any of the very many luxurious and tasteful products that they are able to provide ... and there are very, very many! I can not recommend and praise Encompass any higher ... a delight to deal with, courteous, professional, consistent ... outstanding in absolutely every way.
