Absolutely amazing service every time with Lucy and The Willows Insurance Services. I cannot recommend them enough. We came from an online Insurance Broker that had a one policy covers all (apparently) policy and Willows Insurance slashed our insurances by well over 50% and made it more bespoke to our needs. I also got to sit down with Lucy who explained it all perfectly to me. A*** service!

We would absolutely recommend The Willows Insurance Services, Lucy and her team are helpful, knowledgeable and super efficient. We use her for our business insurance, and have recommended her to clients of ours, and they have taken out commercial property insurance through The Willows Insurance Services. We are in no doubt our clients are being looked after too.

If you're looking to renew your business or house insurance I would highly recommend giving the Willows a call. After just one phone call last year, my household/business insurance was arranged by Lucy at a very competitive rate. As an added bonus, this year, I not only got a reminder email that my renewal was due, but an additional phone call reminder from Sarah as I still managed to forget to do it. Renewal price literally a couple of pounds more than last year, but more to the point, it was all completed for me, hassle free. Brilliant service all round!

Amazing customer service from Lucy and Sara at The Willows Insurance Services - if you're looking for competitive insurance from people who actually know what they're talking about, and not just out to rip you off, don't look anywhere else. They helped me sort out my business insurance with great recommendations and a speedy service. Highly recommended.
