        Just visited to drop of a parcel 20.53 pm using yodel. I was told to come back in the morning because there was no room for it. I know yodel collect do their collection fairly early there would have been no difference me dropping it in tonight compared with tomorrow morning, there would be no more space created. Plus the item was a T-shirt there was plenty of room, I was just a burden to his nice chilled evening shift. It was the only time I could drop the item off as I work very early hours they are not open the time I leave to go to work. I never leave negative reviews, but this annoyed me so much because its a service esso offer. If offering the yodel drop off service within the esso garage is too much of a burden then they should stop providing the service. Ive wasted time and money. I know this review wont get noticed but the big corp but I feel customers should know the service is poor. Well especially the young dark haired male with glasses on shift this evening. He couldnt have cared less
