Absolutely amazing from first contact. At first we used Abi to find overnight and day nannys before using her to find us a permanent nanny position. She got to know us and matched us with highly qualified and wonderful nannys. When finding someone for the permanent role she took her time to know what we wanted and sent me CVs of those who fit. She guided me the whole way and helped with the contract and pay roll. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for the best possible nanny for their children. She offers a truly fantastic service.

Where do I start? Abi is incredible at what she does, she is the most experienced, professional, dedicated individual to have ever had childcare business with. Abi ensures I am always included and works around my overseas role when I am home in the UK to provide me with work that is suitable and worthwhile. Abi is passionate about what she does and will always go above and beyond to ensure the best service is given within all involved. She will check in to make sure all is going well and will always resolve any issues should there be any teething problems. Abi always makes you feel rest assured and nothing is ever too much for her. When we asked Abi to help us find a nanny, we knew nothing about how it all worked, and she took the time to explain it all to us and advise us through the process. Abi vetted nannies for us so that she only gave us CV's of people who could definitely do the job well, saving us a lot of time and energy. She also ensured they were fully informed of all the details of the role, so that when we spoke to them they were definitely interested. We have had an amazing nanny as a result and the process was so much easier due to Abi's work. She also went above and beyond to find us someone for a short term role at a later date.
