        Every Thursday, the zoom fitness class with Betty gives a great impression. I admire her for devoting her time to us every week. Always has a well-prepared exercise routine. You will feel that you have been exercising for the next two days - which is very motivating!!! Betty is a person who motivates, builds and always gives positive energy! If I had to choose a calories burning fitness classes it would definitely be the one with Beti! Also not for only calories burning but for overall well-being!!! Thank you Betty!!!

        I had so much fun with House of Fitness. I took part in Insanity lesson, Betti is friendly but she does push you to your limits :) no excuses, no pain no gain and I am definitely coming back for more!
