Saunders Garage (Stotfold Motor Centre)

Had my first ever break down I was in absolute tears. A lovely man named Cory came to my rescue. He was very polite and calmed me down. Its sad to say, I hope I never see him again, but if I ever need anyone to help me out in a situation like I was just in, Cory would be the man.

I believe no stars are deserved for this business. I had a major service and mot done. 9 weeks later, my oil light went off and after looking under the bonnet, there was a large pool of oil collected at the bottom of the engine, not on the ground. As I had my child in the car, I took it to the nearest garage who confirmed this was due to the oil filter being loose and provided photos. No-one else had touched this since Saunders. Debby Saunders the manager took 8 days to reply to my email and failed to acknowledge any liability. Since then, she has failed to reply to my further email. This is concerning for safety of future customers as I almost had major engine failure due to this. Shocking customer service and most concerning is their failure to acknowledge responsibility for their negligence. Stotfold garage was given the opportunity to investigate and still denied any liability despite the fact and photos proving the oil filter was loose. I will never trust this garage.

Just had a MOT done on my car, explained i might need side lights as i thought they were not working and new wiper blades for mot and to carry out work They phoned me told me no the lights are ok and wipers just needed a clean now thats what i call honesty and good service thank you I have been taking my car there for a few years now and always get excellent service The man on at the reception very pleasant and the mechanic was very helpful thank you
