I dont usually leave reviews but for hese guys I had to!! I had been looking to get a some hair removed for a while and had tried creams and other things with no luck. After looking further into it, I came across Sarah and Gorilla Warfare. Not only is that a really cool name for a mens waxing comany! Lol! But as I was completely new to this and knew absolutely nothing I emailed to ask some questions. I spoke with Sarah who was wonderful from the start. She was honest, open and very knowledgable. She explained everything to me so clearly and answered all (and there were quite a few!) questions with care and such professionalism. After discussing lots of things, I asked to be booked in and Sarah got me an appointment so quickly! It was great! And to boot, it was even on a Sunday! After heading down to the venue, I was met by Kate who did the first half of my wax and the second half was done by Sarah as Kate was only working part of that Sunday. Kate was wonderful and so calm and collected. After I said this was first ever wax, she took time to make me feel comfortable and relaxed and we talked pretty much all the way through till she left. She was amazing! Se always made sure I was ok and that if I needed a break or anytging, I just had to let her knkw. She was so good that suprisingly I didnt need to take a break or anything! Sarah took over and finished off the remaining part of the wax, and just like her emails, she was so polite and professional! Again just like Kate, chatting all the way through with such care and kindness. The wax came out so well and I am so thrilled with the results! These guys are great and words cant explain how fantatstic they really are! I was unsure whether waxing was something I would continue with going forward but after this fantatsic experience with these guys, I most certainly will and it will only be with Gorlla Warfare!
