        Dont buy. Dont buy. Our issue is that our Hob Extractor hood has a draft, quite a substantial draft. To the point that we struggle to heat our kitchen. What is frustration due to the length of time this issue has been going on for and the subsequent cost of trying to keep warm. We reported we had ice, water and a draft coming through the Hob Extractor Hood to be told this is down to the Severe weather we were having in December and to report it again if it continues is an completely unacceptable answer and lack of empathy. Now to be told there is no Your kitchen extractor hood does not have a backdraft shutter installed within its duct work Trying to get redrow to sort things out is mentally and physically exhausting! So dont make the mistake of buying one please
