Your waiting times are totally unacceptable. 2 months for a face to face and over a month for a call back. Its a disgrace and you should be ashamed of the pathetic level of service youre providing. Stop hiding behind your excuses and resource the appropriate numbers of staff to accommodate your demand. Disgusting.

Having experienced this surgery over the last 24hrs, makes me understand why people are dying at the hands of the NHS. I was told by them to leave someone ill for another 60 minutes until they closed so that 11 had to help me without referring them back to them. I then had the displeasure of the practice manager who despite my purposely low voice and calm tone, decided to speak to me like a naughty school child at the top of her voice so that all other members of the surgery could hear the conversation. After going round in circles with 11, walk in centre and A&E I was told to get back onto the surgery this mornign for an appointment ensuring i called at 8am. I did so and waited until 9am for the call to be answered at which point I was told to go back to 111 or a walk in centre. I was then told that if i wasnt happy, complain. But I had to go down there and collect a form to do it in writing. When i asked why, they advised because most people cannot be bothered.

After queuing up from 0715 to make an appointment for my daughter. Queue numbers were given and everyone duly sat down to wait to be called. A man walked in, went straight to the reception and was allowed to make an appointment. When questioned the receptionist just said oh well. Appointment was made for my daughter at 1620 but when she arrived was told there was no drs on site due to staff training. The incompetence astounds me. They wouldnt even make a new appointment so my daughter has to queue again at 0700 to maybe get an appointment. I have never had the misfortune to attend a more appallingly run surgery.

No appointments available for gp on line. No telephone calls ever answered. Had to wait 3/4 hr to try to get an appointment at 7.15am. Because 5th in queue, no chance of a doctors appointment, all gone. Got offered nurse who I went to see who could not deal with my condition. Hopeess! How do you get an appointment with gp? I asked the receptionist she said 'I don't know', can you believe this. Shocking.

Sadly this surgery does not have enough staff or funding and really needs the help there are far too many people needing treatment and not enough appointments ever. This has been the case for a few years and it really needs to be noticed! The staff are lovely in my opinion but like any human, if people are stressed and complaining at you all day I wouldnt be in the best mood either. Getting an appointment is near impossible and its scary.
