I contacted Jonathan to supply a bespoke wooden plaque for a high profile railway project close to London. Bearing in mind the short timescale and calibre of people in attendance for the event, it was critical that the product was of a high quality and arrived in good time. The plaque arrived as promised (with design input from Jonathan's team), and was manufactured to the highest standards. The service from inception to receipt was exceptional and I would highly recommend this company to my colleague and peers.

Great customer service yet again from the Absolute SG team! Placed my order on Friday and delivered Monday. After dealing with this company for over 5 years they have never let us down and often go above and beyond to help.

Wouldn't even rate them a one star, absolutely shocking customer service. Owner "Jonathan Burge" couldn't be more rude, disrespectful & arrogant. Completely messed up my order of a new Sign for ahead of the shop, arriving a month and 2 weeks. When it did arrive it was so awful and embarrassing i asked them to take it down & not even bother. Definitely wouldn't recommend one of the most awful companies i have ever come across. They should be completely ashamed of themselves. When dealing with my complaint after sending the new sign back, no one was their to deal with my query. I rang in to speak to Jonathan numerous times in which i received no response. Tried chasing my refund for 3 months in which i have now give up, they must be so desperate for it they can keep it.
