Had a fan belt that had partially disintegrated and got towed here from a passing good samaritan. We politely explained the situation and asked to buy/borrow a pair of scissors to cut a loose bit of the belt so that I could get back on the road. The staff member was dismissive and unhelpful and just said 'no'. Whilst it's not your duty to help, this unwillingness to assist in any way shows a lack of humanity. Ended up borrowing a wood saw from a very kind gentleman in the end - which saw us back on the road.
