        Unbelievably poor customer service from this salon! I had Shellac gel nails painted 10 days ago & had a problem with my thumb nail, half of which came off this morning. I phoned to ask if they could fit me in for a repair and was told they could only do it at lunchtime for the next 3 days. As I work 25/30 minutes away that wasn't feasible for me. Brittany was incredibly rude to me on the phone and basically said that Shellac is only guaranteed for 7-10 days so I would have to book to have them all done again. Will never be going back there!
