        Jess was recommended to me by a friend, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her either. I've struggled with my lower back for over 20 years following a riding accident. After just 1 session with Jess, I was able to do things which were becoming difficult and found the pain much improved and have booked more sessions to continue the improvement. Jess is a lovely friendly lady who puts you at ease, has a wealth of knowledge and a wonderfully calming approach
