        Cathy created a fantastic buffet lunch for a party for us and the food was superb! There was a wide variety of dishes, with plenty to accommodate those with specific dietary requirements, the flavours were excellent and it was all beautifully presented. The quality of the food was a major topic of the conversation. Thank you Cathy.

        We have been visiting The Old Forge for many years. The food, wines, service, ambience and value have all been outstanding. More recently, Cathy's son has started a monthly 'Supper Club' at The Old Forge, and my wife and I are regular attendees. The Supper Club is excellent too. The Old Forge belongs to the declining number of restaurants that focuses on imagination, cooking skills and quality of ingredients. There's nothing flashy or pretentious here - because there doesn't need to be.
