Lorraine Hannah

Lorraine is quite simply the best fitness trainer I have ever known. I have been to her Pilates class for 10 years now and could not manage my life without it! initially I went for a lower back problem but then the dreaded arthritis set in and Lorraine's teaching keeps me flexible and mobile. Nothing fazes her, we turn up with all sorts of physical problems/injuries or just in a silly mood and she continues with endless good humour and a positive attitude. She is a total tonic!

She is knowledgeable & professional and has a real passion to help every person in her class achieve their fitness goals, whatever level they are working at. I've been attending Lorraine's Pilates class in Steyning for about 6 months. I'm a complete beginner but Lorraine's directions are very clear and easy to understand. Over time I've seen progress in strength and mobility and best of all I haven't had any lower back pain (which was the reason I started going). The classes are friendly and you feel good about yourself afterwards!

I love my Tuesday class with Lorraine. She's fantastic at explaining everything, repositioning you if you're doing it slightly wrong and goes through all the benefits as you're exercising. Lovely class with great ladies and a fun atmosphere. I hate to miss it.
