UPDATED FEB 23 Eddie is the best pharmacist I have encountered. He never gets stressed, and neither do the people at the back. They are so friendly, even when you see them in the street. Just wish they had an answer machine or something as I was ill and needed a delivery. Tried calling 8 times. Bit I know they are busy so if you're able to walk or drive beforehand, I suggest going in and asking them, as they get so busy. UPDATED AUG 21 I Still love the people in there... EXCEPT the little middle aged blonde haired lady at the desk. She has a massive attitude, the reason I've had to reduce the score is her. I've witnessed her loads of times be rude, talk back, and practically take the job out on customers as she is stressed and can't cope. Everyone is working hard in there and have smiles on their faces and dont take it out on customers. She was quite aggressive towards an old lady who was apologising for the hold up, not her fault at all, but this little middle aged lady virtually started on her asking her what she said and kept asking. Then pulled her old trick of "Oh im so busy i can't cope...." it's so rude and others including Me have been on the end of her outbursts and moaning at the customer. This is terrible customer service and she really needs to be given a warning, though I'm sure they are aware that this lady is ruining there reputation. They are all so nice, then you get her and she is so flustered and rude 90% of the time. I'm not the only one who thinks this and had another bad experience due to her today. If she isn't pulled into line then the reputation will go down further. Coming from a customer service background we would be put on report for just one day of her attitude. The way she speaks to people is unbelievable. She also mumbles under her breath about things, and you know its about you or her job. My advice would be LEAVE and get a less stressful job as your really damaging your stores reputation. All in all Lovely people in the pharmacy, Especially the Pharmacist Eddie, who will look after your every need. You could get the flu jab there. It sells a range of Health products like hemp and vitamins too, everything you would expect from a pharmacy. The staff are great, EXCEPT The small middle aged blonde lady at the front. Thank you to all the others though as they have a hard job, especially Eddie and the OG staff. Plus the new member of the team.

I was quite surprised couple of times i have visited this pharmacy because when I have asked the lady at the counter fir something she seemed not really knowing what i want. Also they never had anything i needed so far and even though there are 3 of them there the service is really slow I went to other pharmacy in the village and gor smile from worker, and also what i needed faster.

Called twice at 9am, answered the second time and were very helpful. People working here are very busy and often short staffed, unfortunately this service is needed by a huge number of people in the local area so we should be sympathetic to that.

Such a pity they are closed Saturdays. Is this temporary or permanent in Storrington.
