We have had such a wonderful experience letting through Henry Adams. Alex and James have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, any queries or issues we had they are always so positive and happy to help us with (no matter how big or small). Ive always personally hated being just another number on an estate agents list, but weve never felt like that with Henry Adams. Weve been through Mandy estate agents trying to find our home and had some real rude treatment, so were incredibly grateful to have found Henry Adams. Theres always a smiling face to greet you when popping in which is also so lovely. Customer service is outstanding, response to anything we have ever needed has always been responded to so quickly. Thank you to every one at Henry Adams!

We recently moved for the first time in 12 years using Henry Adams Storrington as our agent. Absolute first class service from start to finish. From our first viewing to the day we moved in the team kept us fully up to date on each step and made it feel seamless from start to finish. Even after moving in the team have supported with any small teething issues in the same way. We are now living in our dream home. Thank you Alex and team brilliant service and highly recommended. My partner and I have just moved into a lovely property we viewed and secured through Henry Adams, our tenancy process went smoothly and we've experienced the highest standard of professionalism each time we have dealt with the agents and especially Alex Bush who assisted us through this process.

Sick to death of booking viewings with this company, over the past 18 months we have had viewings arranged, we have gone to look online again at the property to see its been let ? No one contacts us to let us know we have to bring it to their attention and then they confirm.yes it been let (still don't advise us that our appointment won't be going ahead) yesterday we were advised no one had come forward for the property in questions an hour later its been fully let out ? I contacted them asking if it had been let as we have a viewing they confirmed yes still no contact to cancel our viewing appointment and always telling us all viewings go ahead and put forward to the landlord I've just had to tell them my viewing is cancelled due to knowing the property isn't available WASTE OF TIME rubbish customer service !
