        Whats the point of being a UPS access point when you are only open 3 days a week. They cant deliver to you and customers cant collect - especially over Easter!

        Took in a slow computer for a check out, advised of minimum price 65 + vat. Without prior request they went to extra hours work, downloading windows updates ! And charged 150 for a computer with value of 75 max. Not impressed.

        We've used them a couple of times and been really pleased with the advice and service they've provided. This included facetiming us when we'd set up the PC wrong when we got it home to get it up and running again.
