        Used this company for a few years however, sent a different engineer at last visit who was late, trod mud into our house and two days after hed been our boiler failed. The company was not interested in helping and we were left with calling out Worcester Bosch directly to solve the issue, who confirmed the engineer had damaged the boiler whilst serving it. Took this up with Domestic and no reply other than threatening to send a debt collector round. Shocking customer service.
