I honestly couldnt praise Emily Haygarth enough in her work securing my new build flat with help to buy. There have been many issues and unforeseen problems along the way with the build, but she has stayed consistently prompt in her replies and equally forthcoming with updates and information, making me feel reassured and in good hands. Emily really has gone above and beyond her job role, working out of hours and stepping in to other positions where other people in the process were not doing their job. She has been honest with me throughout but also compassionate as she understands how stressful the process can be, especially when everything just seems to keep going wrong time and time again. A special mention to Sue Gallagher who has been assisting and also been brilliant throughout. Will recommend Mayo Wynne Baxter and especially Emily to everyone I know.
