        As a developer the planning and building process can become a complicated process. Working with a local building control independent company is the way forward. CBC and their team are professional, fair, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond on every project. After working with one of the Directors for many years I can honestly say that we would never even contemplate going elsewhere. Their systems, communication and care for developers and clients is outstanding and I give them a 5 star easily!! Do not look elsewhere, give them a call!
