From the first meeting with Ian, it was apparent that he was very knowledgeable with the local housing market. He had researched house sales in the vicinity and closely examined my property, so knew exactly what he was dealing with. From our conversation, I was confident that the sale price and expected time scale was achievable, and so this proved, as it sold in just two days, and over the asking price. All Manton's staff were just as knowledgeable, polite and efficient, they made me feel that my sale was very important to them. Viewings were all accompanied, and I was kept updated at all stages. The team made the whole sales process very easy, probably the best company I have dealt with in a long time. The fee was very competitive, I received great value and service, and was not just paying huge rates for a big Hight Street name. Well done and thank you.

This is the second time in recent years I have used Manton's Estate Agents, once again they delivered and offered exceptional service throughout all of the supply chain. From the first call of engagement to the final call confirming completion the whole customer experience was 5 star. Fortunately enough the house sold within an hour of going to market, this was no accident, I believe it was pitched at the right price and equally supported by excellent images and an equally excellent narrative.

I sold my property with Mantons recently and I would highly recommend them. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from initial contact to arrange a valuation, instructing them and having the photos and listing of the property prepared, viewings, negotiation of an agreed offer, and pushing the sale to completion. The photos Mantons took of my property even made me think twice about selling! The whole team were friendly and available to tackle viewings and the many queries received, and they were proactive in chasing down offers and pushing my accepted offer to completion. It of course helps that Mantons are competitively priced, but I felt like I was getting a personal service from a team focussed on securing the best offer for my property, and then really working hard to get the sale over the completion line.
