        The customer service is very bad, practically non existent, nobody is answering to the phone or whatsapp. I have made an order and after 2 weeks i do not know if it has been shipped or no.

        Never ordered mystery boxes before for knives and edc items but i decided to order one from dna leisure as a well why not sort of deal, delivery was rapid, literally two days, items were sharp and came with cases where applicable, i recieved a rambo machete and boot knife and i absolutely love them the karambit and the edc folding knife with floral pattern, great service they responded to my email rapidly as well, very easy system, will definitely be ordering from them again
