Horrible experience today. A few years a go I brought my first ever car from here; Great. I went in again today because of needing a new car and I was met by rude men. Firstly, I recommend that any car you see on the website I would go and check out in person because the car I saw on the Internet didn't show the damage that I saw in person. Secondly, when I went to ask questions, there was an old man who gave me the MOST DIRTIEST look. I was speaking to another chap I couldn't see around a corner whilst this older guy gave me a disgusted up and down. He huffed and then turned around as if he was completely revolted by my appearance. I'm car searching because I was in an accident that wasn't my fault so I was incredibly anxious about finding a new car anyway and then this guy just looks at me like I was the dirt on the bottom of his shoe. Set the tone for the day and I will absolutely not be going back. The general customer service was NOT what it was a few years ago. I felt like I couldn't get off the pitch quick enough.

Great to see Nick Scott again, purchased a Skoda fabia seen it in the morning collected it in the afternoon. At a great price as well

Service was good considering there was only one salesman with no help and he was busy with customers, handled it well. Took the car away that day as it was ready to go, set up temporary insurance and tax on smart phone. Recommend

Had a 100 mile round trip to see a mini that was for sale, I asked if the car was mint and was told it was a very nice car and I wouldn't be dissapointed...... The whole car side had been resprayed poorly, car park dinks on both sides..... Wheels refurbished with a rattle can really dissapointing!!!
