Home Instead - Mill Farm

I have been at homeinstead for nearly 9 years now and to say it was supposed to be a stop gap until I found "something better" speaks volumes. I love my clients old and new and cherish the relationships I have had with all of them. I wouldn't work for another care company as I fear they would all fall short of the experience I have had with homeinstead.

Gail and the team truly care about their clients and staff and you can tell they always go above and beyond for them and are passionate about providing quality care. Highly deserving of their Outstanding rating with the CQC. I feel very fortunate to work with them in their digital journey.

I have worked for the company for just over 2 year now,I have fond them all very friendly and the office staff really helpful, I like this company as they offer 1hour call so you are not rushed trying to get everything done and you have time to get to know your clients , and help them to stay in there own home as long as possible, I had never done care work before but home instead really put me at my easy and the training I received enabled me to care for my clients and understand there need, I have also recommend a friend to the company and she is really happy working for them, I wouldnt hesitate recommending home instead to any of my friends or family if they ever needed care .

I started working here with the idea of it being a temporary job, but nearly 5 years later I am still here! The clients never have a CAREGiver that they don't know, the times are regular and the level of care given is consistently high. I have been able to build some amazing relationships with my clients and its nice to have a job where you know you are making a difference.
