HAS CEASED TRADING - website is still active and Stonham Barns has no information about this. Just a notice on the door stating they've closed down...

Turned up this morning Tuesday February 28th only to find it closed, just notice on door with new opening days and times, their website and Facebook need updating as it is still showing open. We checked beforehand, 4 very upset toddlers expecting to play We have used it regularly and yes it is tired and toys bits are missing.

Not the greatest place we have been for soft play. They advertise multiple sections for lil ones to explore but its basically a toddler/ baby area and then a small area for the bigger kids with a slide and a small ball pit. There is not much seating and was extremely busy making it feel cramped and barely able to breathe. There was a party which made a bad situation worse. The layout is poor making it unsafe at times to leave the table. (We were one of the lucky ones) food wise, the system for food is not very well thought out and even the staff admitted that they werent sure what they were doing. No number on tables ect ect. No wonder mistakes happen or extremely long wait for it. We shall not be returning. The drinks are false advertised. It says fruit shoot on the menu which is a brand not a drink however what you get is a cheaper drink. (If it was advertised as something else I would have still brought it as we arent very picky but its false advertising nonetheless.)

I really love to take my grandchildren to Tumbledown and it is good value usually. However, the last time I went, the toys were scattered everywhere and we were one of the first in. Bits of toys are missing like ice cream cone and barbeque pieces which affects the role play acted out by the kids. The train layout is just thrown on a table and nothing joined up and the majority of the toys requiring batteries were not working. The whole place is getting tatty and it feels like it needs a good clean. Really sorry to see it go downhill like this and someone needs to get hold of it otherwise it will not survive.

Great for toddlers - safe and secure, with good climbing! Not busy when we went.
