I have never been to such an awesome garage. I read the reviews of this garage before viewing a car. They all said it was a top garage and Simon the sales man was lovely and not pushy. The reviews were spot on. I had a hiccup with my car. Within and hour it was sorted with a plan with the mechanic Simon works with. No questions asked. We bought a car from Simon in January, and part exchanged our car. We felt both prices of part exchange and purchase car were very fair and Simon was friendly but not pushy at all. The whole transaction was easy and professional. 5 weeks on the new car broke down as the alternator had gone. We contacted Simon who was totally helpful and stated that there was no issue at all that they would pay full cost of repair under the warranty that is given when a car is sold by them. We payed for repair and money was fully refunded immediately. I hadnt left a review initially as although the service was great, its what you would hope for. However, when we had a problem and the after sales service also exceeds expectations then a glowing review is deserved. Thank you Simon, its appreciated Carole OLeary

Amazing customer service from Patrick! I called after finding the advert, and Patrick swiftly scheduled me in for a viewing whilst being polite and informative over the phone. Upon the viewing, he showed great knowledge and answered all my questions regarding the car. He did not pressure me or over sell the vehicle. Overall excellent service!! Would definitely recommend Shire Car Sales!
